How many calories in apple
Apples are rich in fruit acids and sugars. They contain minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and manganese. They also contain many vitamins, such as vitamin C.
Apples reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, cleanse the intestine and strengthen immunity. Some experts recommend eating at least one apple per day, as this can help to stave off diseases.
Apples should be stored in a cool environment, ideally at 0-4°C. Due to sprays (which are often used before importing produce) be sure to wash thoroughly with water before consuming. Though apples are delicious in their natural form, you can also use these fruits to make must, pie, compote or cake. You can even dehydrate the apples to make apple chips. There is no limit to what you can do with an apple!
